How long does an order take? Normal processing is about 1–2 business days, followed by estimated delivery of 3–5 business days. Is shipping free? Any free shipping eligibility and applicable charges are confirmed at checkout, and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Can I change my mind? We accept returns of both defective and non-defective new goods, and exchanges are available. Non-defective returns include a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item. Submit your request within 30 days after delivery. Eligible goods must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with original packaging, labels, and included accessories retained.

How do I return a parcel? Returns are made by mail using the free return label included in the parcel; do not send goods back before authorization. No restocking fee applies, and exchanges depend on the stock available.

What about a damaged delivery? Damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, or a substantial mismatch with the description can also be reported for assistance. Include your order number, checkout email, and an explanation; damage, defect, wrong-item, or missing-part claims also need photos or video of the product and packaging. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after approval and returned to the original payment method.
