Refund Policy

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective new goods, and exchanges are available. Submit your request within 30 days after delivery.

Non-defective returns include a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item. Eligible goods must be new, unused, and in their original condition, with original packaging, labels, and included accessories retained.

Damage, defects, wrong items, missing parts, or a substantial mismatch with the description can also be reported for assistance. Include your order number, checkout email, and an explanation; damage, defect, wrong-item, or missing-part claims also need photos or video of the product and packaging.

Returns are made by mail using the free return label included in the parcel; do not send goods back before authorization. No restocking fee applies, and exchanges depend on the stock available.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after approval and returned to the original payment method.
